Payment
Shopping with us should be smooth and secure. We offer Klarna and PayPal as payment options. With Klarna, you can pay via invoice, installment, card, or direct bank payment. If you choose invoice, it will be sent to your email after the order has been shipped, and you have 30 days to pay. With PayPal, you can pay securely using your PayPal balance, credit card, or bank account.
Shipping
Shipping cost within Sweden for a piece of jewelry is usually 46 SEK and outside Sweden around 155 SEK
We send packages Monday-Friday and normal delivery times are about 5 days depending on the chosen shipping option. If you choose the "Store Pickup" option, we will get back to you when the item is ready to be picked up.
Complaints
As a customer, you are always allowed to unpack your item and check it. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us at info@norgardet.se. Please include digital pictures of the product/damage. In case of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
The shipping cost for returns and exchanges is paid by you as the customer. However, if it is a complaint due to a damaged item or if we shipped the wrong item, we will refund all shipping costs and reimburse the amount you paid for the item.
